How to play dumb charades with Ishaara

1. Make teams. Two teams is classic. Up to four works for big groups.
2. Pass the phone to the actor. Only they look. Ishaara shows the movie, its year and how many words it has.
3. Start the clock and act. No talking, no lip-syncing, no pointing at things that spell the answer. Use the signs below.
4. Tap "They got it!" the moment your team says the exact title. Guess with more than half the time left for a speed bonus.

• Easy movies 1 point, medium 2, hard 3. Songs, shows and other categories are worth 2.
• +1 speed bonus if guessed in the first half of the clock.

Tips for the actor

• Start with the sign for film, then the number of words, then pick the easiest word first, not the first word.
• Break hard words into syllables or use "sounds like": for Lagaan, act "lag" (tag someone) and then "gaan" (sing).
• If your team has one word, act the whole thing as a scene: Sholay works great as a Gabbar impression.
