How to play Knots

Lines are threads. Each line joins two dots. A red line crosses at least one other line. A purple line is clear.

Drag any dot. Pick it up and put it somewhere else. Its lines follow it.

Untangle the whole knot. When no two lines cross, the knot is solved. Do it in as many moves as there are dots, or fewer, for a green bar.
Tip: start with a dot that has only two lines. Tuck it between its two neighbours, then work outwards. Dots with many lines usually belong in the middle.
Questions
When do new puzzles come out?
Three new puzzles (easy, medium and hard) every day at midnight your time. Everyone gets the same three, so you can compare with friends.
Is every knot solvable?
Yes. Every knot starts as a flat drawing with no crossings, then its dots are shuffled round a circle. So there is always a way to lay it flat again.
What counts as a move?
Every time you pick up a dot and drop it somewhere new. Moving the same dot twice counts twice.
Is it the same for everyone?
Yes. Everyone gets the same three knots each day, so you can compare moves with friends.
How do levels work?
There are 300 levels. They start with six dots and grow to twenty-five, with more lines on every dot. Your progress stays on this device.
